[HacktionLab] Plastic cups

 HacktionLab is the proud owner of around 700 PLA biodegrable/recyclable
plastic pint (20 fl oz) glasses, as first made an appearance at BarnCamp
this year.

For future reference, they are available for use for any HacktionLab
event, or for sale at 10p per cup, in batches of 50 (so 5 quid) and I
have them in Oxford.
