If doing a workshop doesn't work, don't do it! It was just a random idea
from me (trying to boost number of workshops). Or you might just wanna
contribute to this one?

I've seen the YouTubes. Who needs a reason for video?

But really, I think there is some potential for ...
# Documentation - e.g. turning a face to face workshop into a video tutorial
# Fun - look at penguin - he's so pissed he's just downed a pint of the
unmentionable.
# The M word - marketing. A vid of Barn Camp 2011 might help recruit for
BC 2012 (there's forward planning for you!).

Clearly any of these would need someone / people willing to shoot and
edit video. And, given the normal YouTubes content, would be much
enhanced by a shot of a kitten drinking out of a toilet bowl (or perhaps
a cow dressed in a space suit - I'm still gutted I missed that last year)
