[HacktionLab] HacktionLab gathering in London

Hi all, but in especially Chickpea,

Firstly, despite all the possibly negatively seeming stuff about not
sharing the weekend with BTM, I wanted to say a big nice one to Chickpea
and the London possey for deciding to put this on.

I've started a Wiki page with a brain dump of everything I can think of
to think about when putting on a HacktionLab:
