[HacktionLab] Apologies for absence and item for the agenda.

Hi All,

Just a quick email to say that this'll be the first HacktionLab that I
won't be making.  Got two reasons for this:

* Having helped organise and stood up at the front of all HacktionLab
gatherings up to now, I felt that it's high time I took a back seat and
let others have a go.  So recognising my inability not to do this if I
came, I'm lucking out.  I feel a little sad about this as it'd be great
to come to LARC and it sounds like it's going to be a good one with new
people in it.

* I'm going to accompany Ben G on his 40th Birthday campaing and b-boy
jam celebrations in Wales.

I wanted, if I may in my absence, to set an item for the agenda for
discussion, which is that I propose BarnCamp returns in 2013 and on the
same weekend, the dates being Weds 5th to Mon 10th June.  I propose that
we start planning and promoting this around next February and that we
allot some time in a future gathering to organise it.  I propose we hold
it at Highbury Farm again, they being up for it of course, but obviously
there may be alternatives; and have one, which is on a friend's farm
(which is flat and near Swindon).

I'd really like to know if, in principal HacktionLab is up for running
BarnCamp next year, and how many folks would be up for lending a hand to
organise it.
