[HacktionLab] Change of web address

Hi All,

Some time back I registered hacktionlab.org and have now made it the
main web site address.  I've set up all the appropriate rewrite rules so
everything should redirect fine (with 301s). 

So now we have:

http://hacktionlab.org
https://hacktionlab.org
http://hacktionlab.org/barncamp

etc.
