nah, you're using a different browser from the one you originally
registered your account with - i've just been through the same process,
and had the same problems ;-)

that should help, but you might need to register a new account if you
don't have access to the old certificate (mine was on a failed hard
drive, and by the time i was able to recover it, it had expired) and
then let them know so they can match up the acounts. when i corresponded
with them previously, they were both responsive and helpful.
