Hi,

Aktivix's VPN is definitely not for torrenting over.  You could rent a
cheap virtual machine in another country and set-up openvpn on it. It's
not that hard to install, way easier than doing an IPSEC based one. E.g.
Hetzner do VM's for under £7. They have data-centres in Germany and
South Africa.
