Hey Mick, Mike,

Yeah, I'm sure that chats will be had around the edges :-) Those people, 
they do talk... I was thinking it would be nice to capture stuff a bit 
more formally somehow as well.

Maybe we could have some big flipchart paper / whiteboards up somewhere 
for "suggestions for tech stuff that would help my group" / "suggestions 
for stuff that would help my tech group".

Or we could have an open session for "what tech questions / issues do 
your groups have?" and just see what comes up, and maybe record the 
kinds of thing that are being asked.

And then maybe type up the minutes on the wiki or something.
