of course there's also CTRL+F5 - force refresh - which I constantly have
to say to users to do.

I use FireQuery, which adds jQuery support to FireBug, PageRule, which
is useful for web dev, Flash Video Download which is useful for getting
shorts together for a film screening, and All-in-one-sidebar.
