There is no corroborating evidence regarding the 16 months IP logs. I believe this to be disinfo ( though I have no direct knowledge ).
The only reference to the IP logs was a unauthenticated comment at uk indymedia.
I'd be interested in finding out some details of the BIMC server.
Was Bytemark able to access it without the knowledge of BIMC ?
Did it have encrypted disks ?
Was the site available over TLS, or just plain text ?
How did Bytemark exfiltrate the data from the site ?
Probably other stuff too...
