Two things. Firstly, when they say "identified" what they mean is
"correlated to one member of a set of n other samples, within a
population of size m, with a probability of P."

Secondly, any data that can link your meat to your informatic
identities could be used to reduce the size of your anonymity set, and
that's why these findings are important. So you need to consider what
other set-constricting data are available in your situation; in the
case of body-mounted cameras these will be what you're filming, where
and how you use the footage and all associated metadata and transactions.

I haven't been asked to review the paper, but if anyone here has, feel
free to build on / knock down this.
