[HacktionLab] hacktionlab this summer

Hi there,

I've just been having a chat with Mike about a couple of things. One of
the things that came up was about doing a summer hacktionlab instead of
a Barncamp at highbury farm.

The main difference being that it isn't in a Barn and there isn't food
provided for all meals. So it's in a location where people can still
stay somewhere for cheap. ie Camping or crash space. But it's close to
cheap places to get food too.

The real aim here is to make it a lot less work to organise as there are
some key people from Bristol who can't help with the production anymore.
And they were invaluable to making Barncamp what it was.

We had a couple of ideas of a good venue to do it but thought it was a
good idea to ask for help.
As some people on the list might have some great suggestions.

So do people any ideas based on the above? Maybe a camping barn near a
village where they allow camping? A town with good meeting pace and
crash space. A city where you can camp (not Manchester!), a friendly
college or uni?

As I said there's a couple of ideas we have in case this request falls
on it's arse - but hopefully this will start a kind of bidding war
offering fantastic venues one after the other?
