[HacktionLab] Please can you sign up to BarnCamp if you're coming

Hi All,

So far, two of us (who are currently in the organising committee) have
signed up.

If you are going to come, please do sign up as soon as you can.  This
has two benefits:

1) It means we start to get a feeling for numbers early on.

2) If you pay over your wonga, it means we have money to pay for things,
such as the food and drink up front.
