[HacktionLab] Bristol Anarchist Bookfair talk proposal

Hi All,

Ben and I are planning to do our usual annual HacktionLab talk at the
Bristol Anarchist Bookfair (if they'll let us in this year).

We've put in the application form, but this is still to be confirmed,
but here's our current plan:
