[HacktionLab] Reminder: If you want a new Wiki account to ask

Hi All,

A reminder that account creation on the HacktionLab Wiki is locked-out
to non-logged-in users to stop spammers.

You need an account to edit, or to create a new page.

Anyone who already has an account, once logged-in, can create an account
at the URL:

https://hacktionlab.org/Special:UserLogin/signup

If you'd like a login to update the wiki, please ask via the list, or
email someone you know with an account off list.  I, for one, am happy
to create them.
