[HacktionLab] BarnCamp 2018

Hi All,

I felt that there was quite a lot of interest in doing an event, another
BarnCamp, in 2018.  Personally I'm up for this as I feel that having it
sooner rather than later would keep a level of energy flowing into it
and help make a better event, especially if we start thinking about it
soon whilst it's fresh in our minds.  Let's see what the survey results
say, but if we did decide to do it, I'd like us to have an organising
team/committee to work on next year's event, and be able to divide up
work, and bring in more ideas to it's production and planning.
