[HacktionLab] BAMS 2.0 Beta

Hi All,

Following feedback and various issues raised on Github regarding BAMS
(thanks for those), I've produced a version 2, which is still in beta,
but hopefully resolves some of the issues, whilst adding new features:

- Data now loaded into memory, so it's faster and more reliable

- Program made more monolithic so improvements to data integrity ;)

- Can search by name, email or authcode

- No view screen before edit, can now go to search then directly to edit

- A backup timestamped human readable backup file is now written when a
new record is written

- It's now in colour a la DOS Shell/Midnight Commander!
