Hi,

in short: the idea is to try out whether we can use - or hack - some
kind of issue-tracking system to organise something that is not software
based. (The decision which one to use is a question in itself.)

And whether that would be a way out of the paradox situation that
delegating tasks to others can often take as much time as doing the task
yourself while you also have to herd cats.

So this would be an experiment in itself - to be evaluated at Barncamp.
