[HacktionLab] Online document editing software (free (as in beer))?

Another perspective on nextcloud: We use it at autonomic and it's quite
a pain tbh. It only works for collaboration if you use the OnlyOffice
web interface, which like Sam says can be slow (I'd say more than a
little). You can install a thing to make it sync with your local
filesystem & then use your own editing software, but then when it syncs
back up it overwrites any edits that have been done since it synced
down. So that is kinda worse than useless unless you are creating a new
document or editing something that you know is not being edited elsewhere.
And getting it set up with keycloak is no small task, I believe - same
for OnlyOffice, I think that took tens of hours actually - but Sam will
be a better source of info on that as I have not done it, just heard
colleagues complaining about doing it. That was also in Cloudron,
although I think we've switched to Co-op Cloud now.
'Twas a few years ago though, so it's possible things have improved on
the ease-of-setup front.
