[HacktionLab] Hacktioncamp update - 10-11-12 June - now booking

Hiya

I've updated the wiki with my workshop proposal, hope it's ok to request an
early slot; both to get out of the way of food on Sat lunchtime and also
give folks time over the rest of the weekend to work on their electronics
project if they choose to do one.

Speaking of food, I need to clarify quite a few details about the
facilities, photos and whatnot
