[HacktionLab] Sheff 23 number of days and how we do it, etc

Hi All,

Our next HacktionLab is advertised as being over Friday, Saturday and 
Sunday.

Am wondering what the schedule should be?  How many are thinking of 
coming for all of the days, and arriving Thursday night, etc

We're always rushed and packed doing it in two days, so three is great, 
but it won't be so great is someone's thing is on a Friday and everyone 
comes for the Saturday.

My thoughts are:

Friday morning: set-up

Friday PM: some talks etc

Saturday-Sunday: talks as planned.

Any of you guys got any thoughts on this?
