[HacktionLab] Treasurer's report after HL in Nottingham

Ah I made a mistake on the on-going costs, as we of course also pay for 
the hacktionlab.org domain name, so that totals £52.77 per annum for the 
domains, £69.00 for banking, thus a total of £121.77.

Incidentally the banking was free right up until this last year when 
Lloyds (yes, Lloyds - it was state owned when we opened the account) 
started considering our "community association" account a business and 
his us with fees.
