[LAF] LAF double bill

Well - good point - that's certainly unfortunate
- however i think clashes are difficult to avoid
- i mean there's something going on every week
if you look into it!

Hopefully there are enough interested people around who
will go to both events - the media convergence
is relatively specialist - not "everyone" (e.g. all
activists) will go will they?

I mean 14th May is now booked and am awaiting 
hearing from rampart to hear a room is free...

I think we should still go on on 14th May...

One possibility might be to change the date to 
Friday 13th May... Make it a late afternoon evening
double bill instead??

What do people think? (would rather not change 
date myself, but...)

Ed, you raised the good point about food/tea etc.,
- will talk to Rampart about that - but we could supply
some via our funds...
