"LINCOLN, Neb. – A judge has thrown out a Nebraska legislator's lawsuit
against God, saying the Almighty wasn't properly served due to his
unlisted home address. State Sen. Ernie Chambers filed the lawsuit last
year seeking a permanent injunction against God.'
