[matilda] Use of Identifiable names in archives

Can peeps be a little cagey about using other peoples names on list, do what you
want with your own, BUT.....
Most people have some sort of moniker, and not everybody wants to be identified
fully.
When protocol is broken some idiot has to edit the archives, rewrite history...
etc.
For example
> This e mail has been checked and seen by ******* and also i have spoken

> ******** for a short while ..
