insurance: this will be researched and secured through SCAF and other 
legal sources, but if this fails and as a last resort as it is a 
temporary space, an indemnity form will be produced, stating that people 
are entering *at their own risk*, refusal to sign means refused entry. 
An application for funding will be submitted to the ACE Yorkshire for 
Insurance."
