Yes, then i would suggest defining what is the difference between party 
and social event/evening, and so on. Linking the artistic side and the 
logistics-blueprints etc (you guys use a kind of military vocabulary), 
*the architectonic drawings of the building and any already available 
maps (in the LTT's custody or not*, could be produced to talk about 
safety on-the-paper so to speak, on-the-map;)
