[matilda] a warm meeting tomorrow Monday

What we could do: have *two sessions*, even if with the same meeting 
agenda, items and so, but divided for a timetable to be: (what people 
think about this?)

1) First session: start time 6:30 pm, to 8:30 pm
2) Second session: if no quorum (enough representative persons) has been 
reached on the first session: start time 7:30 (as usual) to 9:30 pm

Also, for the previous meeting MINUTES and the current meeting AGENDA to 
be placed on main walls.

Also, perhaps, if warmer, for the first session meeting to be held on 
the current cafe or bar areas, whichever is warmer.

Also, why don't we set up some compost-based burning heaters?
