[matilda] update on the event on the 23rd

Hi everyone,

It may have looked like i walked out of the meeting last night, dont worry
i do that every meeting due to work commitments.

Just to let everyone know whats going on with the event on the 23rd.  A
few days ago i found the specially designed rota for parties and i have
been asking people if they would be happy to volunteer.  What i am asking
is for any "matilda" person that attends the party to donate two hours and
i think the nta and people from outside matilda should be able to do the
rest.
  What i am also doing is head-hunting specific people to do specific jobs
at certain times of the night when it is important to have people who
know what they are doing in those jobs.

I am awaiting a decision by the cafe` collective to see if there will be
food provided and if we are allowed to use the cafe space.

We are being reasonably selective with who we give flyers to and people
are being told that it is not a squat and if anyone does not respect the
venure they will be asked to leave.

Lastly, there may be a few friends that can only get in after-hours i.e.
about 3 o'clock, in this case a specially designed "ticket" will be made
so that no-one gets confused.
