[matilda] The conflict

i feel that there is every need to make these emails public, there is a
serious conflict at matilda and i cant see any one doing anything about it,
i am one of the main people involved and no one has come to talk to me about
it. and i have not been informed who has been identified for me or Reka to
go and talk to. so i've had to throw them open in the hope some one comes
forward to help.

and you have been the closest, thank you.

as i said, my conflict with joe is over, i've told him how i feel and thats
all i can do. but this is about Reka.

As you said:

at the end of the day I'm not really interested in who's fault it was"

but the fact of the matter is Reka is the one losing out here, she has been
left realing over this and she feels uncomfortable and unsafe to go back to
Matilda because she is intimidated by Joes 'forceful' manner. she also needs
know that it wont happen again. Joe and Reka are the ones who need to sort
this out.

If your offer of a  an impartial facilitator/mediator is serious then i will
talk to Reka, see how she feels about it and the mediator can then contact
me via email.
