[matilda] Proposal: next local social forum gathering at MATILDA

Hi all,

Just got a call from Pete Flack from Leicester Social Forum.  They're currently
hosting the second LSF national meet, and he's just phoned to ask if the next
one can happen at MATILDA in January 2006 - no exact date yet.

So - a proposal for the Monday meeting.  (They're proposing to have these
meetings quarterly now...)
