OK, to be clearer... a band that doesn't have a company
does not get covered by your clause, since they are
collectively neither a indvidual or company:

But a solo artist with no company does... since they are
an indvidual...

If both the band and the solo artist have CDs to sell your
clause, as currently worded, would only allow the band to
sell CDs...
