[matilda] FILMFEST HELP - anyone able to convert a vhs ntsc video to vhs pal???

we got a film coming from the states that we are going
to show next thursday - its gonna be on vhs ntsc
format can anyone convert this to vhs pal (?) or to
dvd for us intime for nxt thurs????
