There is a DVD player belonging to Indymedia upstairs that I don't
think anyone will mind you using. You can get a projector from the
drum but best book in advance. There is a small soundsystem at
Matilda. The one for the filmfest was borrowed from Tom.

It would be good planning to sort all this out BEFORE going ahead with
an event. This is poor organisation. I think we have a responsibility
to other Matilda folk to make events run as they're intended. If we
have too many duff events and/or cancellations people may tend to
avoid the place for further events in the future, even though they
maybe organised by a completely different group of people.

Badly organised events can affect all of us.

Well what kind of help? And no, we don't know what your limitations
are. Seems like once everything is plugged in then all you have to is
press play and turn the lights out. Someone will have to answer the
door (as usual). So what do you need people to help with?
