[matilda] Social centres, funding and the PGA Hallmarks

I think what this morning's little performance has shown is just how
much anxiety and mistrust coexists with the real sense of community
and friendship that is what I love about Matilda.

In fact, in a way, I think what Cuthbert did is similar to what
Jonathan did that night at the Thursday social - a playful (& painful)
exercise that unmasks dynamics...

So... how do we get to know each other better, so that our arguments
are conducted within a framework where no-one fears that anyone else
wants them to walk away? That's the only way we're going to learn from
each other.

It sounds to me like those who were there last night took a really
sane and respectful attitude to the group as a whole. Thank you!
