Joe> ...why on earth do we want him coming to Matilda...???
Why? Because he rocks. You have to know something about music to
appreciate these things Joe.
Maybe you'd be more appreciative of his political outlook. Here are
some interesting quotes from his web site...

On world revolution:
I have a portable karaoke machine and had quite a lot of CD-Gs (CDs
with graphics for display on its screen) until most of them
disappeared recently, and I experimented with varying the lyrics while
singing along to Do They Know Its Christmas? on the 14th of June. I
then modified lyrics to (the Band Aid 20 version of) the song which I
downloaded from the internet, in order to come up with my first
version of Do They Know Its G8 Time? I distributed some photocopies
in the Hulme and Moss Side areas of Manchester, and was such a threat
to the state that the police arrested me outside Moss Side Leisure
Centre!

G8 in Scotland
I came across the Carnival for Full Enjoyment in Edinburgh on the
Monday, an event which featured clashes between anarchists and the
police. How could one person create the biggest impact in a situation
like that? Quite simple: by stripping naked! My actions ensured that
some of the press coverage of the events that day showed another side
to the events: protestors having fun! However, it did result in me
being recaptured by the police, and spending some time in a
psychiatric hospital in Edinburgh before being brought back to
Manchester.
Mood Stabilisers
I have fairly often experienced big highs, as a rational consequence
of achieving something important or working something important out.
This is nothing to be worried about; it is a consequence of having an
interesting life, and leading a revolution is certainly interesting!
