[matilda] CIQ Consultation

Apologies if this has already been covered - I've been out of the loop for
a while.

There's a consultation going on at the Workstation on the
Sheaf Valley Framework Masterplan until Friday - covering the CIQ,
Southern Gateway, Sheaf Square & Park Hill & links to the City Centre.

This will definitely affect Matilda. It might be an idea to pop down, fill
in a leaflet and make your views known.

for more info see:-
