Well, I'll tell you what the guy I talked to down at the Workstation said.
He said; "The buiding will be demolished. It's not an efficient building.
We're trying to get Urban Splash to put in some cheap workspaces up at
Park hill"

When are you guys going to get your certificates sorted out BTW?
