18/07/05 - Legal and Governance considering injunctive action Currently
considering alternative options  First 4 Prosecution cases listed in the
magistrates’ court 21/11/03 £200 fine + £100 costs. surveys ongoing.
4/7/04 second prosecution £400 fine £150 costs.  Review of alternative
legislation to be arranged with City Solicitor. Further prosecution due
on 21/05 Prosecution successful.  3 week initiative started  27/09.  8
venues involved – all posters removed - no prosecutions.
