[matilda] c90/ ticketing and fixed event prices

Allo,

1. Fabian - you said last night that it's going to be no more than 100-150
people? Is that definitely right?

Can someone actually confirm this with C90? Given that they're selling tickets,
they will know the numbers they've sold and how many they have left. It should
be limited to a small number.

One of the reasons we thought it was OK last night to let it carry on was due to
it being quite small, but it has the smell of an assumption to me! We need to
know.

2. On letting them down. I couldn't blame them if we hadn't made clear from the
start how MATILDA worked. But from what I heard last night, this night doesn't
sound like the kind of thing we'd agreed we wanted? It sounds a lot like a
standard night - we're the owners (except that we're getting no money for it!
C90 also want £100 from the bar, I hear...) and C90 are the consumers.

It is too late to do much about it now - except to check that the numbers are as
Fabian says, and that C90 know that we want them limited to that. (If that's
correct - that's the sense I got from the meeting last night.) Which, in this
case, they can control because they're selling tickets. No nasty surprises.

Das me
