Er sorry if i am interrupting something, but we were explained, on the 
23rd January meeting, that some money could be allocated to start-up a 
collective provided it was absoluty necessary, related to the building 
infrastructure and  approved by the matilda collective: the sum was 50 
pounds for each collective.

Is a telephone line for broadband regarded as infrastructure? has the 
hacklab already received some advanced money? I also noticed the line 
was down the day before yesterday in the building.
