Yes, if this method of organisation is to work, then
all collective meetings should be advertised. 
Buildings collective meetings are on a Thursday, at
4pm  ? (or is it 5pm).

I'd imagine most collective meetings would happen at
Matilda, but there's no reason why they should have
to. (An example where they might not (3 or 4 people
are going to a meeting and they live together, it may
be a lot of extra travelling to have a meeting with
those people at Matilda).

As there has been no agreement to have a MATILDA
meeting tonight then no decisions made there should be
binding.
