The proposed model was for fortnightly spokes-meetings. for february,
these would be the 6th and 20th. There was, for a limited period, to be
meetings on the alternate mondays to deal SPECIFICALLY and EXCLUSIVELY
with one or two large residual issues. One of these took late Jan on
finance and YF. There was also a slot for such a meeting on 13/2.
However, nobody seemed to be able to recall what specific issues were to
be discussed, nor did many people have any appetite for a meeting that,
without specific direction, would probably have gone along the tedious,
ranting, circular lines of old. Hence, the meeting did not happen. It
wasn't cancelled, it was never properly arranged in the first place.

As i understand it, there is, presumably, still the possibility for
extra meetings outside the fortnightly spokes meetings, if deemed
necessary to tackle some horrible large issue for which a spokes-meeting
is not suitable. I can, at present, think of no such issues. So there
should only be a meeting once per fortnight. Thank fuck.
