[matilda] Room use/hire?

Hi guys,
I'm not sure who I should address this to so I'm sending it to everyone, 
sorry.
I'm looking to use/hire out at Matilda this Saturday from 10 - 5 for between 
10 and 12 people, and I'm wondering if this would be possible? We're meeting 
to discuss evening programme at Woodcraft International Camp/Global Village
