The first half of the meeting people split into collectives for collectives
meeting as outlined last week.

The second half of the meeting was a general meeting
1/ Round up from collectives
Ket collective
*just starting
CIRCA
*Meeting this Sunday in Matilda 2pm
*Rebel clown training for new clowns 1st and 2nd April
Cafe collective
*Iceland gathering this weekend, cooking Thurs and Fri and sat. any helpers,
from any collective please reply to this email
*Following weekend another gathering and help needed Thurs, Fri and sat of
that week as well
*bread baking workshop- come to Matilda on Thursday from 12 noon
Gig collective
*There are gigs planned and details are on the Matilda website
*The collective has tidied the tat room, please can everyone take joint
responsibility for keeping it this way!
Art collective
* Working on sorting the exhibition space
Hack lab
*collective spent a day sorting the lab
Buildings and maintenance
*The collective will facilitate the work, but isn't the only group of people
who should do the work!
*facilitate Thursday work days and groups of work days
*identifying the jobs to be done and locating tools
*collectives to email the group-email to be set up. with work needing
considered but no promises
Finance
*may become finance and admin collective

2/ pool table approved and sorted to be collected
3/ issues of consensus
Consensus works with politically aliened groups, this isn't the case in
Matilda therefore suggestion of voting to stop those who block proposals
getting the say
Set aside for meeting in a fortnight
4/ Parties
*R gave a round up of the events of the last two parties
*proposal to stop big events on weekend nights
*separation of benefits and DIY gigs
*left for discussion in next meeting. giving time to discuss

5/ Keys
*discussion of key holders
*organised swapping keys so that active collectives have keys and art space
users

6/ Next meeting
* mediation collective needs to be set up
*discussion on new collectives needed
