I've quickly read the particulars. I think the 30 unknown persons would 
have to accept Paragraph 1,2 and 4 ... but 5 obviously needs denying.

I think it would be best if Hammonds' were contacted and asked to strike 
P.5 themselves.

Paragraph 3 : I guess that would need to be accepted, but that's not the 
issue -- the property was only claimed as a residence, when the Claimant 
attempted to evict the occupants. This could be pointed out to Hammonds' 
  with a request to negotiate a deal with the Claimant to get the 
working space back.
