Starting a library / seminar collective, working title of the Radish 
Collective, and then

1. Have an open meeting for folk who wanna join in
2. Build some shelves, get books, etc, for the library space
3. Arrange some seminars / workshops / book discussions
4. Arrange some opening times, and see if these can be combined with 
food...
5. Make a flyer / programme
6. Get volunteers
