Some thoughts after the last meeting.

1. I gave an assessment of the chances of our longevity - but I think I 
wasn't cautious enough.  It would be good to know that, yes, we have six 
months to a year or more.  LTT does, I think.

But there's still a lot of unanswered questions - and YF are coming 
round looking at the health and safety issues of the building, wanting 
to make sure they're legally watertight.

It does seem like they're flexible - but there's a chance that if 
MATILDA just hides away, then what they'll say to LTT is: "we lease you 
the corridor through to your place, and we're nailing the rest of it shut."

That's happened before, and could feasibly happen again. I'll try and 
find out more and get back to you.

2. I don't think there's any reason not to discuss it fairly openly: if 
they've looked on-list, or at the website, they already know everything 
that's happening - so that's that.  If they haven't been looking (and I 
don't think YF have, yet), then, again, no problem.

Either way, I think getting into cloak and daggers stuff is absolutely 
pointless.  Someone mentioned in the meeting that they thought YF had 
come round and broken stuff in order to blame it on us and kick us out. 
They're far too vague and suburban to get into that kind of thing - and 
besides which, if they wanted to clamp down, there are much easier ways 
of doing it.
