[matilda] proposals from the previous meeting that shouldnt have been a meeting ??!!??

As there was some confusion over the latern festival
meeting cancellation, a meeting did take place the
following monday. As people said it shouldnt have been
a meeting then I guess the main proposals from that
meeting that would need to be discussed at tomorrows
meeting are as follows.

1) PEACE IN THE PARK party on 3rd June. It was said at
the meeting that the people involved in Matilda that
are also part of the PeaceinPark collective, should
look at forming a group of matilda people to run this
event. Perhaps this needs to be discussed more. As
matilda could benefit from running a donation bar and
if run by matilda people then this could benefit
matilda as a whole? In short are matilda people up for
doing this event if PinP people go ahead with it here.
Event to run until 2am.

PROPOSAL - Are there enough matilda people willing to
run this event with PinP.

2) GAY PRIDE WEEK - proposal for a week of events at
matilda, date as yet unconfirmed but possibly in
August. The event was thoughht to be a good idea by
those there and it was proposed that a collective
should be formed to run that week of events.
Therefore, if a collective is formed then that week of
events could go forward.
