if people turn up and there is one, then the Bothersome Boredroom Bureaucrats have an item to be included for the agenda:
 
 The ever-popular* Saga of the Missing £400
 (*popularity on the basis of how many times it's appeared as an
 agenda item but an unpopular subject in itself!) 
 
 i know people have made efforts to recover the money
 on previous occasions and i'm gonna bring an idea or two which could be used in a future attempt (this won't include selling the debtor's Grandmother to the tune of said amount but, maybe something similar).
